High Grade Projects is an established construction company based in Southampton, with a background firmly rooted in carpentry and hands-on building experience.

The business began with experience gained working on loft conversions, large-scale renovations and extensions in Winchester. This developed into taking on larger projects independently before establishing a carpentry company in 2008.

In 2020, High Grade Projects was launched as a limited construction company, bringing together years of experience across a wide range of construction projects to deliver larger and more complex builds.

Today, that foundation remains at the heart of the business, but our projects have grown significantly in scale.

While carpentry remains an important part of what we do, High Grade Projects now takes on projects across a wide range of residential construction.

From loft conversions and house extensions to major renovations and larger-scale building projects, we have the experience and practical knowledge to manage projects from start to finish.

We take on projects of all sizes, but we’re particularly well placed for homeowners looking to undertake significant changes to their property — whether that’s creating substantial additional space, completely transforming an existing home or carrying out detailed structural and carpentry work.
